Information on delivery when ordering from Stickers Direct and how our returns work.

Ordering

Please place your order via our website or Contact Us if your requirements aren't quite catered for. Once your order is placed, we'll look over the goods ordered and will be in touch if there's anything we need to discuss with you before putting your stickers in to production.

Delivery

Online orders placed via this (Stickers Direct) website are usually dispatched within 2 working days, depending on the size of your order and the complexity of the printed media. Where an order may take a little longer we'll be in touch shortly after ordering to discuss your options.

Depending on the size of your order we may use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL or DPD to dispatch your order. We will always provide tracking information on dispatched orders.

Delivery is £4 on all orders under £50

Delivery is FREE on all orders £50 and over

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied due to any unlikely mistakes caused by us or due to damage caused in transit, then we will reproduce your order free of charge or refund you the full amount - Notification is required within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Pleae note we do not sell "off the shelf" stickers or printed products. All orders are printed to order so please ensure you need the quantities ordered before clicking to complete your order.
